Hello there group
Here are my proposals. Those in Bold are my first choices (we need 2 60' presentations, 2 45-minute ones and two 30' presentations. The third 30' slot will be for our Open forum.
Please add your suggestions and try to mark them somehow (haven't figured out how to do this here) so that we can compare and then decide on the final version.
COMMENT AG: Thanks Mojca. I've added 8 proposals below yours (bold are my first choices from those) and will add a few more. We could add a column and simply add our initials to indicate agreement with a proposal - would that work to track support for each proposal? A Comments column would also allow us to say something about each choice. Inelegant, perhaps, but might be enough. I've also added headers to separate our contributions.

Coment: MB -- Sorry to leave the formatting as I have, but finding this incredibly slow to format as a table, and have to go out. Will try to improve later.
Comment HD: It's a shame I had to deselect some of the potentially useful/suitable proposals due to their length (mostly 30 min. ones)
Comment CM: ...a bit disappointed that there were so many talks and much fewer workshops - or workshop-y stuff...I think we should have more workshops, esp for the longer ones. I have left the committee members, the restricted talks & the symposia out. Bold I like the most...
